We have been busy harvesting and enjoying the bounty of the season, raising our new flock of chickens, paddle boarding, bed flipping, moving into our new wash/pack barn and making deliveries all around the region. Hello All, This week, and weekend we worked hard to finish harvesting our garlic, all 12,000 heads of it! The harvest came just in time for our new barn to be done so we are christening the barn rafters by hanging the garlic to dry. Hello Everyone, The sun has been shining, the rain has been raining and the plants are taking off with spring growth. We have been busy in the fields planting onions, leeks, lettuce, kale, chard, cabbage, peas, spinach, scallions, cilantro and more while the sun shines.
