Tomato Season

Hello All, 

It has been a few weeks since I sent a Farmers' Market email reminder. We have been busy harvesting and enjoying the bounty of the season, raising our new flock of chickens, paddle boarding, bed flipping, moving into our new wash/pack barn and making deliveries all around the region. Now is truly the time to visit the Farmers' Market, everything is in season and producing like crazy. This week we are offering a sale on full size tomatoes if you buy 10lbs or more! As a reminder we now go to TWO markets per week:

Full Size Tomato Flat Sale!

Buy a flat of 10lbs or more for $4/lb (usually $4.50/lb) 

It is the perfect time to make tomato sauce or salsa to freeze for your winter pantry. Let me know at market and you can pick out your flat. 

Tomorrow morning we will be putting plastic on our new chicken hoop house, trellising our raspberries and getting ready for another sunny market day. We hope you are all soaking up the summer sun and sounds, late August in New Hampshire is really quite special. Thank you, as always, for supporting our little farm, we couldn't do it without you.

Calling all granola jars!

Please return both pint and quart glass jars to me at market, I will reuse them. We can also use pint and quart berry containers.

Work Shares

We are looking for a few more Work Shares who can help us stay on top of weeding and trellising. If you are interested in trading work for veggies, please send me an email.

• Must be willing to work in all weather

• Ability to lift 40lbs consistently.

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday work days.

• Trade 2 or more hours of work for veggies, eggs, flowers and granola each time
